Our Typical Apulian cuisine
The Apulian cuisine is simple and linked to the land work, that doesn’t know the palace aid, but developed typical dishes of various flavour and smell. Four are the fundamentals of this cuisine: oil, wheat, vegetables and fish.
Fish is abundant along all the Apulian coast, Adriatic and Ionian. You can find baby octopus from Bari and mussels from Taranto, red mullets from Polignano and oyster cultivated according to a practice that goes back to centuries ago, and much more.
